České Budějovice

České Budějovice, the south Bohemia capital, is situated at the confluence of Vltava and Malše rivers. The town was established by the king Přemysl Otakar II and it is famous for its rich history. The most remarkable places are the unique town square, the Town hall and Samson fountain. Ceske Budejovice is also well known for its local brewery called Budějovický Budvar. The town offers wide choice of both cultural and sport activities.

Český Krumlov

Český Krumlov is a beautiful medieval town known especially for its remarkable castle – one of the biggest in CZ, protected by UNESCO. In the castle you can visit a unique baroque theatre and enjoy views over the whole town. In the castle garden you can find a rotating auditorium where theatrical plays and live concerts take place during the summer.

Hluboká nad Vltavou

Hluboká nad Vltavou is a little town situated a few kilometers north from Ceske Budejovice. Its known and visited mainly for its beautiful neo-gothic castle. Other places to visit are the small but beuatiful ZOO Ohrada, the town´s golf course, the Prince Court or The Southern Bohemian Gallery of Aleš. Bezdrev, the third largest pond in the Czech Republic is situated near Hluboká nad Vltavou. In the summer it is possible to go swimming there or to do water sports such as yachting, kiting or windsurfing.
